SMS TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern the use of the SMS communication services offered by The Eagle Ridge Mall, operated in collaboration with EsteCam Marketing Agency. By subscribing to the The Eagle Ridge Mall SMS program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. SMS Subscription

• By providing your mobile phone number and opting into our SMS service, you consent to receive promotional and informational text messages on behalf of The Eagle Ridge Mall.

• You may receive up to 1–2 messages per week. Message frequency may vary based on engagement or special events.

• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan. The Eagle Ridge Mall and EsteCam Marketing Agency are not responsible for any charges incurred.

2. Opt-Out Instructions

• You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any message received.

• After opting out, you will no longer receive messages unless you re-subscribe by opting in again.

• For assistance or more information, you may reply “HELP” or contact EsteCam Marketing Agency at [email protected].

3. Privacy & Data Usage

• Your phone number and any personal data collected will be used solely for the purpose of The Eagle Ridge Mall’s communication, managed by EsteCam Marketing Agency.

• We do not sell or share your information with third parties for unrelated marketing purposes.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

• The Eagle Ridge Mall and EsteCam Marketing Agency are not liable for any delays, undelivered messages, or system failures beyond their control.

• Use of this service is at your own risk. You agree to hold harmless The Eagle Ridge Mall and EsteCam Marketing Agency for any loss or damage related to the SMS service.

5. Agreement to Terms

By subscribing to the SMS service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and that you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, please do not use or subscribe to the SMS service.
